O-FIX is a one-man mobile repair service in Jerusalem. I am Ofir Hershko, a certified phone technician, and I have repaired hundreds of devices at customers' addresses across Jerusalem and the surrounding communities.
A phone holds your messages, your photos, your banking and your identity. Leaving it in a shop for days means losing all of that access and trusting people you have never met. I bring the workbench to you, repair the device in front of your building and hand it back the same visit.
I explain every fault and every part option patiently, in English, before anything is opened. Simple repairs take about twenty minutes; more complex work is usually under an hour, and if a job will take longer than that I say so before starting.
