Do you really come to me?

Yes. I drive to your address and repair the phone in my vehicle at the curb. I do not enter the home and there is no shop to visit.

How long does a repair take?

Simple repairs such as a battery or charging port take about twenty minutes. More complex work is usually under an hour. If a job will take longer, I tell you before starting.

How fast can you arrive?

Usually within an hour to an hour and a half during working hours — Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

What warranty do I get?

Three months on repairs. Screen replacements and glass backs carry no warranty because those parts are fragile and a later impact cannot be distinguished from a fault.

Which parts do you use?

You choose after I explain the options — genuine service-pack, refurbished original, quality aftermarket OLED or copy LCD, and for batteries genuine versus re-celled original. I explain how each one behaves before you decide.

Do you speak English?

Yes. Diagnosis, explanations, updates and the warranty conversation all happen in English.
