The iPhone 14 Pro is a powerful workhorse, but its high-end components—like the 120Hz Always-On display and the intricate Dynamic Island—require specialized care when they fail. If you are an expat, student, or resident in Jerusalem dealing with a cracked screen, a failing battery, or the dreaded white-screen glitch, O-FIX offers a professional solution that fits your schedule. Ofir Hershko brings a fully equipped mobile laboratory to your doorstep, performing precision repairs inside his vehicle. You won't have to navigate city traffic or leave your device at a shop; the entire process happens at your address, keeping your data and your phone within sight at all times.
The iPhone 14 Pro is susceptible to a sudden hardware failure where the screen turns entirely white or green, often showing faint horizontal lines. This is typically a display controller issue within the OLED panel itself. Ofir can resolve this by installing a new high-quality display, restoring full functionality to your device immediately without you having to leave your home.
While the ceramic shield is tough, the 14 Pro’s stainless steel frame is heavy, meaning drops often result in shattered glass or damaged OLED layers. Whether you have localized cracks or a completely blacked-out display, Ofir offers various replacement grades, including genuine service packs, to get your Pro-motion 120Hz display looking and feeling like new.
The iPhone 14 Pro features a massive camera island that is highly exposed. A single crack in the sapphire lens cover can cause light flaring, autofocus hunting, or blurry photos. Ofir can replace the individual rear camera glass lenses or the entire housing if necessary, ensuring your high-resolution sensors are protected from dust and moisture.
If your iPhone 14 Pro is no longer drawing power or the USB-C to Lightning cable feels loose and won't click into place, the port likely has internal pin damage or compacted debris. Ofir can perform a deep cleaning or a full port assembly replacement inside his vehicle to ensure your device fast-charges reliably again.
The 14 Pro uses a complex Face ID array integrated into the 'Dynamic Island.' If your phone has been exposed to liquid or a heavy impact, you may see a 'Face ID is not available' message. Ofir can diagnose the sensor array to determine if a component replacement or a simple realignment is required to restore biometric security.
The process begins when you contact Ofir via phone or message with your specific iPhone 14 Pro issue. He will provide a clear quote and an estimated arrival time, usually within an hour or so. Upon arrival at your Jerusalem location, Ofir performs the repair inside his specialized service vehicle. You stay in your home or office while the work is done. Once the repair is complete, he will thoroughly test the device—checking the Pro-motion display, cameras, and sensors—before handing it back to you for a final inspection.
For the iPhone 14 Pro, you have several options for replacement parts. For displays, you can choose a genuine Apple service-pack for identical color accuracy, a refurbished original, or a quality aftermarket OLED. For batteries, Ofir offers both genuine Apple batteries and 're-celled' originals. Re-celled units use the original Apple controller board paired with a brand-new high-capacity cell, ensuring your phone recognizes the component while restoring full battery life. Ofir will explain the pros and cons of each grade during the consultation, ensuring you select the part that best fits your needs.
All labor and functional parts, including batteries, come with a three-month warranty. Please note that screen replacements and glass back repairs carry no warranty once the work is completed and the device is handed back in working order. This policy applies to all iPhone 14 Pro repairs performed by O-FIX.
